Consider supporting Worship services as an Usher, Greeter, Scripture Reader, Altar Guild member, or Sound Room/Video operator.

ushers

Ushers assist with the worship services by handing out bulletins before services, collecting offerings and supporting communion. Usher teams serve for one month.

greeters

Greeters welcome members and visitors to our church each Sunday. Greeters arrive 15 minutes before each service.  They help visitors find their way around the church to the sanctuary, nursery, and Bible Studies. Greeters can choose which church service they will support.  A Schedule will be provided.

scripture readers

Scripture Readers support the worship service by reading the Epistle and Old Testament Readings. You can choose which service you want to support.  A Schedule will be provided.

altar guild

Altar Guild supports the worship service behind the scenes. Altar Guild works in teams and typically serve two weeks at a time. Altar Guild is responsible for the Altar care to include communion set up and clean up for all services on your teams assigned dates, and changing the altar parament according to the church season.

sound room & video support

We have been video streaming our worship service and have recently upgraded our sound system to digital.  Once trained on the equipment, you will be scheduled, on a rotational basis, to work in the sound room for a service you normally attend.

Slide Preparers

We use powerpoints to assist in running our services. if you would be interested in helping to prepare those slides, we would love for you to help out! slide preparers prepare slides for either the Saturday or Sunday services, for a period of one month.
