There is a sign-up sheet in the narthex for making/providing meals for Rebecca’s Garden. We provide a meal at 5 pm on Tuesdays for students enrolled in this tutoring program. Sign your name next to the date you are willing to provide a meal. Suggestions: Hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken casserole, spaghetti, tacos, macaroni and cheese. Sides such as green beans, carrots, corn, grapes and tater tots are well liked by kids but anything you select will be used. You can cook yourself or buy frozen items that you or kitchen staff can prepare. Count on cooking for 30 people. You can turn in your receipts to be reimbursed. We will provide drinks and dessert.
Address any concerns/questions to Maggie Monahan.

Mount Calvary collects aluminum cans for recycling. Profits from this go to the Social Ministry Board to help pay for holiday food baskets. Single cans may be placed in containers in the old kitchen (by the back door), in the Fellowship Hall, and in the Annex (by the soda machine). Bundles of cans may be deposited at the collection point near the dumpster in the back parking lot.

If you want a current to-the-minute church directory, just call or e-mail the church office. It only takes a minute for me to create a PDF that’s easy to use and up-to-date, then email it to you. – Jack
